Automatic File Organization
Use placeholder mapping to automatically organize your reports in a consistent folder structure.

Zero Data Retention
Reports are delivered directly to YOUR cloud storage. Evokewrite processes your data but never stores it. After delivery confirmation, all job data is purged from our systems.
How Data Flows
Inbound (Optional)
Job management systems can push job details, client information, and site data to Evokewrite. This pre-populates report fields and reduces manual entry.
Outbound
Completed reports are delivered to your cloud storage. Optionally, completion status can be pushed back to your job management system.
Your Data, Your Infrastructure
All integrations are designed with privacy in mind. Data flows through Evokewrite for processing, then is delivered to your infrastructure. We don't store client data — ever.
